# SGTWORK — Public Offer (Terms of Service)

1. General
1.1. This document is a public offer and governs use of the SGTWORK freelance marketplace.
1.2. By using the platform, users accept all terms of this offer.
1.3. The platform provides digital infrastructure for interaction between Clients and Freelancers.

2. Roles
2.1. Guest: non-authorized visitor who can view public pages.
2.2. Client: registered user allowed to publish jobs.
2.3. Candidate: registered user who submitted freelancer application.
2.4. Freelancer: candidate approved by Admin.
2.5. Admin: platform moderator with verification and dispute management powers.

3. Registration and Authentication
3.1. Registration may be processed via Telegram Login Widget and Telegram Bot API.
3.2. User must provide true and up-to-date account information.
3.3. Platform may restrict access in case of suspicious or illegal activity.

4. Service Workflow
4.1. Client publishes jobs including description, budget, and deadline.
4.2. Freelancer submits bids including price and cover letter.
4.3. Client selects freelancer and parties perform agreed work.

5. Freelancer Verification
5.1. Freelancer status is granted only after Admin review.
5.2. Admin may request additional info for due diligence and anti-fraud checks.
5.3. Verification rejection may be issued where quality, trust, or policy requirements are not met.

6. Support and Disputes
6.1. Platform provides internal ticket-based support system.
6.2. Disputes are reviewed by Admin based on available evidence.
6.3. Admin decisions are binding within platform governance scope.

7. Fees and Financial Terms
7.1. Platform may apply service fees and publish fee policy in the interface.
7.2. Financial events and balance updates may be sent via Telegram notifications.

8. Liability
8.1. Service is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted operation.
8.2. Platform is not a direct party to private contracts between Client and Freelancer unless explicitly stated.
8.3. Platform is not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.

9. Prohibited Activities
9.1. Fraud, abuse, spam, illegal content, rights violations, and security bypass are prohibited.
9.2. Violations may lead to account suspension or permanent ban.

10. Changes
10.1. Platform may update these terms at any time.
10.2. Updated terms become effective upon publication on the site.
